Kathryn (Katie) Huh
Kathryn Huh completed her Bachelor of Honours Health Sciences with a specialization in child health at McMaster University. For her undergraduate thesis, Katie spearheaded a health economics project around the health resource use of new mothers. She has contributed to many other studies within the lab, most notably the Niagara public health nurse studies and a cross-sectional study of the associations between temperament and bonding with maternal depression and anxiety in pre-COVID and COVID samples. Katie is passionate about equitable access to healthcare and is completing her MD at the Michael G DeGroote School of Medicine. When away from her desk, Katie can be found at the pool, working her way through an extensive to-be-read list, or testing out new banana bread recipes.
