Jessica Moreira is a fourth-year undergraduate student in the Honours Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization program at McMaster University. Upon joining the lab, she assisted with the1-Day CBT for PPD Workshops. Now, she is both leading a Systematic Review comparing CBT and IPT for PPD and PPA in various settings, and volunteering as a research assistant for a Systematic Review evaluating maternal mental health and infant sleep outcomes, under thelleTTonna Foundation. Collectively, she is working towards a career as a Medical Doctor and biotechnology specialist. In her free time, Jessica enjoys going on long hikes, and spending time with friends and family.
