Robin Brennan earned her BA in Child Studies at Brock University and spent the next 30 years developing programs and services to support Autistic children, adolescents, adults and their families. Collaborating with researchers continued to be a priority throughout her career. After retiring, in 2019 she began volunteering with Kids Can Fly which provides valuable supports to new mothers. She joined Dr Ryan Van Lieshout’s research team in 2020 and feels proud to contribute to his research on Postpartum Depression, helping women improve their mental health. She enjoys connecting with the new mothers. Robin is the mom of a 26-year-old

daughter and enjoys photography, hiking and travel.
